KimosetterRIP 8.1.4, build 340 changes affect Windows only

1. In the queue editing module, the <application path>/I-Tone plugin directory now takes priority over all other plugins directories;

2. In the testub.cpp module (ghostscript part), the temporary file names are generated by _wtempnam

3. If the GhostScript is called from an application which name starts from KIMO*, the plugin directory is set to the <application path>/I-Tone;

4. The installer is modified to provide delete rights to the ini files.

The USB interaction scenario updated; fixed some bugs.
The settings are now stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER rather than in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
A bug that caused no I-Tone output is fixed.
The project is re-built with the up-to-date dongle software version.

For the hot folder output, the K-RIP doesn't generate the unique names now. Instead, I-Tone is modified so that it always creates unique file names when started from K-RIP (I-Tone versions since 2.7.1.2).

Projects affected: ghostscript, kimogs, KimosetterRIP.
